← Sales & Follow-upShared inbox & email support

Give the shared inbox a clear next step.

Sort incoming email, prepare useful replies and keep agreed follow-ups moving. Your team can spend its attention on the messages that need their judgement.

Everyone can see the inbox. It is still hard to see who owns the next reply.

A question, an attachment and an urgent customer issue can arrive together. We help organise the queue and prepare the routine work without losing the human handover.

A question, an attachment or a message that needs a person.

Select a sample email to see its route. Replies are drafts in this demonstration; nothing is sent.

The prepared work

Thanks for getting in touch. Here is the information from our approved appointment guide. Your team can review the details before this reply is sent.

Reply status stays visible: draft, review, sent or follow-up due.
The work we can agree

Keep the queue moving.

  • Triage and assignment for the agreed shared inbox
  • Draft replies using approved information
  • Attachment handling and task creation
  • Follow-up reminders and human escalation

Sending permissions are explicit. We can prepare drafts for review or scope particular routine actions under rules you approve.

What we need from you

The shared inbox, examples of good replies, relevant business information and a named owner for each kind of message.

Where your team stays involved

Your team controls sensitive responses and any sending approvals. Complaints, unusual requests and unclear information are routed to the appropriate person.

Part of an ongoing relationship

Someone to keep the setup working.

Look after the agreed queue, maintain the reply instructions and review messages that were misrouted or needed more context.

The required AI and tools for the agreed work and usage are included in your service fee. We review priorities and capacity before adding new work.

How we work with you

Agree the boundaries before we start.

Access is limited to the agreed mailbox and job. We define which messages can be processed, what gets stored and when a reply must wait for review.

A few useful details.

Will it send messages without asking?

Only if that specific action has been agreed and enabled. Draft-and-review is a useful starting point; the demonstration on this page sends nothing.

Can it work with the inbox we have?

We first check your email platform, permissions and the way your team works. The scope sets out the supported connection and any changes needed.

What about customer information in emails?

We agree what information the workflow needs, who can access it and where it is processed. Sensitive messages can be excluded or sent directly for human handling.

Bring us the job you want to make easier.

We’ll talk through the work, who needs to be involved and a sensible first step.
